Ronaldinho joins Barcelona

Paris Saint Germain’s Brazilian World Cup winner Ronaldinho has joined Barcelona for about $33.6 million (30 million euros) on a five-year contract, the club said on Friday.
The final offer of Manchester United, which was lower than 30 million euros, was rejected by PSG, who, having informed Roberto Assis, the brother and agent of Ronaldinho, gave the go-ahead for the transfer.
Barcelona’s website http://www.fcbarcelona.com said: “Ronaldinho is on his way to Barcelona and should arrive in the early evening to sort out the final details of his contract.”
The actual contract is set to be signed on Monday.
